Felisha Storm grew up as one of seven children, learning the value of hard work, the value and scarcity of a dollar, and the importance of helping others. Her deep-rooted commitment to service has led her to many callings in her life and career including becoming a volunteer firefighter and EMT, roles that exemplify her dedication to her community. 

After graduating high school in 2012, Felisha attended Sweet Briar College, earning a degree in Government in 2017. During college, she volunteered and interned on numerous local and gubernatorial campaigns, igniting her lifelong passion for advocacy and public service. A graduate of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership, Felisha has honed extensive experience in problem-solving, politics, and policy creation.

Felisha has spent over a decade serving her communities, sitting on various boards and nonprofits, and working alongside neighbors to advocate for meaningful change. Her fresh ideas, independent thinking, and proven leadership are grounded in her homegrown values and her belief in a government that truly serves the people.

A proud resident of Suffolk with her husband, an Army veteran, Felisha is ready to bring her experience and determination to the 84th District, which includes Suffolk, Franklin, and Isle of Wight. She offers a new era of leadership focused on strengthening Virginia’s economy, lowering taxes and fees, and creating a state where families can thrive, businesses can grow, and opportunities abound.
